A vibrant wine with passionfruit, guava and rockmelon aromas supported by herb and lime peel notes.
Mouth filling and juicy, the palate shows layers of fresh white fruits, refined mineral acidity and a crisp, dry finish.

Reductive handling juice and an early morning harvest while the grapes are cool helps retain primary fruit flavours. A 10% portion of the grape juice was fermented in seasoned oak with indigenous yeast, with the balance undergoing a long cool fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeast strains to promote fruit aromas. Some post ferment lees contact has been allowed to encourage flavour integration and increase mouth feel.
Gently fined with an organic approved yeast product prior to bottling in October 2018.
