A judicious, premium red blend containing Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Deeply coloured, this wine has a bright garnet hue and offers alluring aromas of ripe red fruits, culinary spice and savoury notes. The palate is rich and warm with black plum and cherry flavours filling the mouth.
Quality oak and finely balanced acidity provide a juicy and lingering finish. Enjoy now or suitable for moderate cellaring.

Grown organically on our estate vineyards in Brightwater, these noble grape varieties were hand harvested separately in April and early May 2016 at optimum maturity.
At receival to the winery these parcels were destemmed and batch fermented. Hand plunging and extended skin contact allowed the gentle extraction of colour and supple tannins prior to pressing. Ten months in French oak allowed these wines to harmonize and a selective blend was created.
Syrah dominates at 41%, with Merlot, Petit Verdot and a small amount of Pinot Noir adding their unique contribution. The wine was bottled on 20 March 2017.
