Lifted aromas of apricot, ripe peach and honeysuckle fill the glass.

The entry is soft and mouth filling offering white fruit and orange citrus flavours. It is fresh and medium-weighted; fragrant with a touch of minerality. The lingering finish is supported by gentle acidity.

Winemaking notes

Grown organically on our estate vineyards in Brightwater, four classic white grape varieties – Pinot Blanc, Viognier, Riesling and Gewurztraminer were harvested separately at optimum maturity.
Hand harvesting of the Viognier and Pinot Blanc grapes took place from early to mid April 2015. After gentle pressing and settling, the juice was fermented in seasoned oak. Lesser amounts of Riesling and Gewurztraminer were blended in prior to bottling to enhance aroma and structure.
